This axis describes the degree of direct communication and appetite for challenge in how people interact with one another.

This axis looks at whether people primarily go about their work independently, or with a collective mindset, where the goals of the team or wider organisation take greater priority.

This axis looks at the level of personal agency that is shown by people – the extent to which people take personal accountability for issues and solutions, rather than looking to management for guidance.
