To our clients, employees, suppliers and planet
Our Responsibilities
We see business as a force for good, not only in the impact of our product on our clients, but also in the way we conduct ourselves as a business.
Listed below are our responsibilities to our clients, employees, suppliers, communities and planet.

To Our Clients
We prioritise responsible pricing, rejecting profiteering practices, especially during times of scarcity. Our client’s trust is vital, and therefore we are committed to transparency, welcoming scrutiny and direct any questions clients may have to their designated account manager or to hello@culture15.com.
We seek our clients feedback and guidance, actively gathering and monitoring feedback through quarterly NPS surveys and reviewing the results at board level. For ongoing improvement, we involve a group of “Superusers” in the design and feedback process for new platform developments, offering them advance demos of new features, which allows us to refine our SaaS tool based on real user input.
Our customers have access to on-demand support for our SaaS platform and are each assigned designated account managers. We also share value-added resources, including blogs, thought leadership articles, and our Culture de-cooded Podcast to provide support and value beyond our SaaS tool.
To Our Employees
We seek to create a dynamic, progressive, transparent work environment where expectations are clear, team members are supported and careers can be developed:
We pay more than the real living wage and everyone in the team has a stake in the business, as we believe that everyone should share in the success we are creating.
All contracts are fair and equitable, offering flexibility where necessary, reflecting the latest employment law and guidance.
Well-being is a priority at Culture15, and employees are actively encouraged to prioritise self-care and seek support when needed. Employees have access to transparent feedback channels. In our open-plan Southwark office, communication and information flow is seamless, with concerns being addressed promptly face-to-face.
We publish our working principles and target culture and regularly measure our progress against these goals, acting on the insight and feedback provided.
To Our Suppliers
While we have limited supply needs as a SaaS business, we do value strong ethical partnerships, committing to prompt payment of suppliers and are dedicated to ethical and efficient practices. Our responsible procurement practices align with the ETI Base Code to ensure human rights are respected, whilst we also always pay on time, conduct thorough due diligence, and adhere to clear accounting processes.
To Our Community
We build responsible practices into all aspects of the business, and that’s why we are proud to be accredited by the Good Business Charter.
The Good Business Charter, founded by Julian Richer, recognises and encourages responsible business behaviour for the benefit of people and planet. It measures behaviours across ten key principles – including real living wage, fairer hours and contracts, employee wellbeing, equality, diversity and inclusion, environmental responsibility, fair tax practices, commitment to customers, ethical sourcing and prompt payment to suppliers and we are pleased to be accredited by them.
To Causes We Care About
We actively support our local community through ethical sourcing and responsible operations. This includes paying taxes transparently and responsibly, avoiding artificial arrangements for tax reduction, and aligning with government policy intentions.
Additionally, we are proud supporters of The Talent Tap, a Social Mobility Charity which has sourced 3 of our employees, past and present. We invest in creating lasting and meaningful impact through initiatives that promote talent, equality, and opportunity. We are passionate about Social mobility programs, such as the talent tap, which reflect our dedication to equity and empowering the future workforce to unlock their potential.
To Our Planet
As a software provider, our environmental impact is minimal, but we continually strive to reduce it further. We prioritise virtual meetings over unnecessary travel, discourage waste in our office, and ensure sustainable practices when sourcing supplies. We foster good environmental practices among employees, suppliers, and customers alike. As we grow, we remain dedicated to putting the planet first, setting measurable goals to reduce waste and harm.
